Holy Spirit School 2024-2025 Annual Appeal

Dear Friends and Family of Holy Spirit School:

The 2024-2025 school year is well underway, and the holiday season is nearly upon us! The holiday season is a time for prayeranticipationconnection, and reflection. It is also a time of gratitude. Thinking about the past year at Holy Spirit School, we have a lot to celebrate! In the last few months, we have:

  • Continued to build out the physical safety perimeter of the school. In the summer of 2023, the perimeter fence was installed. This summer, cameras were placed all over campus and in church, and teachers have panic buttons that connect directly to the Fairfield Police Department in case of emergency. A professional safety consultant met with our entire staff in August and is providing ongoing support on best practices in the event of an incident
  • Made investments in staffing - this year we are very proud to have a full-time counselor on staff to help our students manage social or emotional needs when needed
  • Continued to increase enrollment, expanding our Mission of providing outstanding Catholic education to more families in the Fairfield area and beyond
  • Engaged our families in new and creative ways - for example, PTG coordinates an annual Multicultural Day which is a fun and exciting event for both families and students; our annual Back to School Concert (featuring Mr. Pawley’s band, Rockoustix!) made its return this fall

The holiday season is also a time of giving. I humbly ask for your support of Holy Spirit School’s Annual Appeal in celebration of Giving Tuesday on December 3. Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement that unleashes the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. All Annual Appeal donations are earmarked for our financial need fund, allowing students who could not otherwise afford Catholic education to experience all the spiritual, academic, emotional, creative, and athletic benefits Holy Spirit has to offer. Through our donors’ generosity, approximately 10% of our student body receives financial aid; without this aid, these students would not be able to enroll or continue at Holy Spirit School. Our goal is to not turn anyone interested in a Catholic education away from Holy Spirit School due to financial constraints!

Every gift, whether $10, $100, or $1000, combines to make a big difference! All donations work together to provide the gift of Catholic education.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the front office (707.422.5016) and we’d be happy to help.

May God bless you and the Holy Spirit community this holiday season and beyond!

In gratitude, Mrs. Tricia Fey
